How We Collect Your Information: We collect this information in the following ways: directly from you; automatically using technology like cookies web bugs and other web technologies; and directly from our partners and vendors.
Information Directly from You: As you use the Safe Platform information we collect directly from you includes information provided in response to our direct request for your name age postal address email address and phone number. We may also collect information that you provide in correspondence with our company. In addition when you fill out a form complete a survey sign up for an email list make a purchase share content leave a comment on one of our boards or engage in other similar interactions you are directly providing us with your personal information. If you decide to register for an account with us to access additional resources services and goods on our App you will be asked to complete a form requesting information such as your name and email address in order to create a user account. You will be given the option to upload a photograph for your account. Your information may become public if you share content or opinions on public areas of the App. Any contributions you post as a user are at your own risk. As a company we may restrict access to certain portions of our site however we strongly encourage you to carefully consider what you share publicly and with whom you share it. If you share information publicly we cannot guarantee that third parties will not have access to the information.
Do Not Track: Browsers and devices allow individuals to send “do not track” signals to websites. At this time we do not take actions to respond to “do not track” signals.
Information From Third Parties: In some instances we may receive information from our third-party partners and vendors about our users. We may also incorporate third-party marketing and analytic services such as Google Analytics to help us analyze how our App is being used. It is important to note that while we make efforts to protect your data security measures are not impenetrable. By using the Safe Platform you consent to the transmission of your data at your own risk. Additionally if you have registered for an account on the Safe Platform you should not share your password or username with any other third parties. Safe will help you exercise these rights free of charge where applicable. Submitting a request via our support portal is the best way to contact us; you may also submit a request via email at contact@safetechnologygroup.com. If you make a request under a State Privacy Law we may need to take additional steps to verify your identity. If you designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf we may require you to provide the authorized agent written permission to do so and to verify your own identity directly with us.
Age Limits for Children: Children under the age of eighteen are prohibited from accessing the App. Additionally we do not use our site to knowingly collect personal information from children. Please contact us if you learn or have reason to suspect that a child under the age of eighteen is using the App and Website. We will take prompt action to delete any personal information about the child.

The Information We Collect When you use the Safe Platform we collect various types of information about you:
A. Information You Provide to Us Account Registration: When you create a Safe account we collect information such as your name email address phone number birth date profile photo and payment information. You may choose to provide additional information for your Rider profile such as saved addresses (e.g. home or work) and preferences (like preferred pronouns). For Drivers we collect information like government identification (e.g. driver’s license) vehicle details insurance information and payment details.
Ratings and Feedback: When you provide ratings and feedback about the Safe Platform (including other users) we collect the information you provide.
Communications: We collect information from your communications with us including through surveys or research projects.
B. Information We Collect When You Use the Safe Platform Location Information: Depending on your app settings and permissions we collect precise location data (including GPS and WiFi data IP address and Bluetooth data). This is essential for services like matching Riders with Drivers.
Usage Information: We collect details about your interactions with the Safe Platform such as ride details (date time destination distance route payment) and interactions with our apps and websites.
Device Information: We gather information about the devices you use to access the Safe Platform including device model IP address browser type operating system version carrier identity manufacturer radio type (e.g. 4G) and device identifiers.

A. Sharing Between Safe Users Riders and Drivers: We share necessary information between Riders and Drivers to facilitate rides including names profile photos and location details.
